Refund Policy

1. Physical Products (Resistance Band)

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee if your resistance band arrives damaged or defective. Simply send a photo of the defect to support@bahufit.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will dispatch a free replacement immediately.

If you wish to return an unused band for a refund, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Digital Products (30-Day Guide)

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, we cannot offer cash refunds on the digital portion of the bundle once it has been downloaded or emailed to you.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships (typically within 12 hours) by contacting support immediately. Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled, but standard return procedures will apply.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days directly to the original payment method used via Razorpay.
